  • Model and analyze managed care contract proposals, including quality based incentive provisions for both provider and payor organizations.
  • Reduce cost and increase revenues by measuring the capacity utilization of hospital operating rooms, inpatient units, outpatient clinics and emergency departments.
  • Analyze clinical variability and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to develop clinical practice guidelines and clinical protocols.
  • Develop and model new lines of business for physician and hospital organizations.
  • Ensure that provider organizations cash collections match levels negotiated with third party payors.
  • Define metrics, benchmarks and management dashboards for providers to ensure effective collections and revenue cycle operations.
  • Design and implement incentive based physician compensation models for primary care and specialty practices. .
  • Develop and implement data warehouses for clinical, operational and financial analysis and operations improvement efforts.
