BHC has modeled the impact of managed care contracts for both payor and provider organizations and can provide guidance on market based pricing that facilitates the execution of successful managed care agreements. We have also analyzed contract compliance in order to ensure that provider organizations are collecting the revenues provided for under negotiated agreements.

- Reduce cost and increase revenues by improving patient throughput through reduction of artificial variability in patient flow through hospital operating rooms and emergency departments.

BHC has successfully administered data warehouses and analyzed large administrative datasets to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and efficiencies in clinical utilization.
